Kelvoria Prime Co. provides tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and land/lot clearing within our designated service areas in North Carolina. All work is performed by trained, insured professionals.
All estimates provided by Kelvoria Prime Co. are free, on-site, and valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, scope, or access change after the estimate is issued. We will always notify you before proceeding with additional work.
Scheduled jobs may be rescheduled by either party with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee. Weather may require rescheduling at our discretion for safety reasons.
Customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the worksite and for marking private underground utilities (irrigation, invisible fencing, low-voltage wiring, etc.). Kelvoria Prime Co. is not responsible for damage to unmarked private utilities.
Kelvoria Prime Co. carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A finance charge of 1.5% per month may apply to balances over 30 days past due.
